Is BarTrender free to use?
Yes, for customers it is completely free. Browse, discover and save offers at no cost. Venue owners pay a small monthly subscription to post offers.
How do I list my venue?
Sign up, fill in your venue profile with your address, features and photos, then submit for review. We approve listings within 24-48 hours. Your venue appears on the map for free, and you get a 28-day free trial to post offers.
What counts as an offer?
Anything that attracts customers: happy hours, meal deals, 2-for-1 cocktails, quiz night specials, match-day pint deals. You can post one offer per day on the Starter plan.
How do customers find my deals?
Customers discover offers on the BarTrender map and list view. They can search by location, filter by features like dog-friendly, beer garden or live sport, and browse categories like drinks and food.
Can my staff manage the listing?
Yes. You can invite staff members to help manage your venue profile and post offers. Each team member gets their own login.
What happens when my offer expires?
Offers are visible for the time window and days you set. Once the time passes, the offer is marked as ended. You can post a new one the next day to keep your listing fresh.
How does billing work?
You get a 28-day free trial. After that, the Starter plan is £29.99 per month (or £299.99/year). Cancel any time from your account settings. We accept all major credit cards.
